About ModelFix Guide

ModelFix Guide exists because searching an appliance error code returns pages that rewrite the manufacturer's advice, add steps the manufacturer never published, and bury the point where you should stop. This site does the opposite: one official page per code, restated in order, drawn as a decision tree, ending exactly where the manufacturer says to request service. It is not affiliated with LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Bosch or any other brand.
