This is the only owner step Bosch lists for E15.
Where to stop
Bosch's page says to contact Bosch Customer Support at 1-800-944-2904, by contact form or online chat. It lists no further owner checks. Water in the base of an appliance that has mains power is exactly the situation this site does not write walkthroughs for.
Not covered here, on purpose: Everything after the water is off: finding the leak, draining the base, the float switch. Bosch's owner page does not describe any of it. Read when to stop and call a technician.
Same code, different meaning on other brands
None of the other brands in the verified set (LG, Samsung, Whirlpool) uses E15 on their official pages read on 2026-10-16. If your display shows E15 on a different brand, do not apply these checks; use the lookup or that brand's own support page.
