- 1Check the drain pump cover is not loose
The cover is at the bottom of the dishwasher, under the filter. Bosch says to remove the filter to reveal the cover, and to see the owner's manual if you cannot find it.
- 2Clear a blockage in the pump
Bosch says to remove the filter completely, pry off the pump cover with a spoon until it clicks, grip the cover and pull up until you feel resistance, then pull it forward to remove it fully. Check the pump and remove any debris and standing water with a sponge. Bosch warns that some debris may be sharp, so use caution, and refers owners to the manual for model-specific instructions.
