Bosch E22: The dishwasher filter is blocked.
Bosch's page says an E22 code indicates that the dishwasher filter is blocked. It says the filter is where food particles get caught and that it needs regular cleaning.

- 1Remove the filter and check it for a clog
The filter is at the bottom of the dishwasher. Bosch says to check the owner's manual for removal instructions, and links its owner manuals section.
- 2Clean the filter and reinstall it
Bosch says to wash it under running water with mild soap and a soft brush to remove debris, then put it back. It also links its own filter-cleaning instructions and a how-to video.
