With the washer on, press and hold the child lock button for 3 seconds. LG says some models use a two-button combination instead.

Where to stop
LG's list gives no service step for CL and treats it as a setting rather than a fault. Editorial boundary: if the panel stays locked, check your model's own manual for its button combination, or contact LG support.
