Samsung's washer code list says 9C1 (also shown as 9C2, PF, 2E, 9E1, 9E2, UC, 19C1 or 19C2) is a voltage error: the electrical supply is irregular. PF stands for power failure and appears after an outage, after the washer is unplugged, or after a tripped breaker. Samsung adds that a unit used outside its country of origin may show this code.
